For among Australia, via TNT/FEDEX/AUSPOST etc, allow up to 10 business days to reach customers, some customers in remote area may take longer time for receiving the shipment. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Keysborough, Victoria. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where you are located, and the type of shipping you choose. Shipping times may vary due to technical issues. For any online order in the case of returned items, we do not refund shipping charges and are not responsible for providing a return slip.
- In-Store Pick Up items show as free charge of shipping, only if the item is ordered to be picked up by customer in our warehouse, it will be no shipping costs.
- In order to fulfill any online order, there will be a non negotiable shipping fee as determined by the item weight and time necessary. This charge is subject to being added to the item during the process period at which time the buyer will be notified of these charges after they’ve completed the purchase.
Note: all returned items will be paid by the buyer for the delivery charges.
Customer Pick Up in warehouse
Most orders will be ready within three business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. Upon arriving to the shop it is MANDATORY to prove identity with a name matching the order name, using a valid form of identification, of which has a photo and full name appearing clearly along with the credit card used to purchase the item. If credit card does not match the name on the ID then the electronic email provided by FITTOO bikes at the time of purchase must be produced. In the case of sending a representative, FITTOO bike reserves all right to deny release of any items, at the discretion of management. Please see FAQ for more info regarding policy.
In-store Terms & Conditions:
When any components or parts got problem within it’s warranty, but not due to wrong assembling or un-proper using, we are happy to give a free replacement when customer made the claim. It can be collected at our warehouse by appointment, or deliver to you on your delivery charges.
Please send email to us when you need to make a claim, with some explanation for what happened, and attach some photos/videos for us to understand what happened right away. As it may not a parts/components problem, it may just because of non-proper assembling/adjusting, we may write you back to tell you how to sort it out easily.
Photos and Video
FITTOO bike reserves all rights to use your likeness for any and all online & onsite photos, video or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Including all photos of reference where FITTOO bike is referenced, may appear, mentioned, tagged, social media, tangible, intellectual properties, photos, references, print, artworks, and entities of equitable gain. I hereby irrevocably authorize the FITTOO bke to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge FITTOO bike from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
