Important notice relating to chain warranty, please use front/rear shifters as instructed below:

      1) Do NOT change speed when bicycle is stationary, doing so may result in the chain getting stuck between cogs when you start to ride. In some cases, forcefully pedaling when the chain is stuck could result in damage or snap the chain or cog/s.

      2) Use lower gears for ease of pedaling when climbing inclines/uphill. Avoid changing gear whilst pedaling uphill; doing so may result in the chain getting stuck between cogs when you start to ride. In some cases, forcefully pedaling when the chain is stuck could result in damage or snap the chain or cog/s.

      3) Should the chain get stuck between gears, get off bike immediately and manually put chain back onto cogs. Do NOT continue riding the bike. Any damage to drivetrain (gear/s and chain) resulting from misuse of gear system will void the relevant warranty.
