Delivery Information

Standard Shipping Time (3-5 business days)

We ship most standard size parcels/boxes by Auspost, Courrier Please, etc. And we ship large size parcels/boxes by StarTrack, TOLL, etc, which are reliable delivery/courier companies in Australia.

Notes: Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

1. We have put a lot of focus on making sure that the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible. After the order has been paid, we need 1-3 business days process your order (Processing Time), including checking and packing. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.(If you don’t leave a correct email address, we are not able to send you a confirmation email.)

2. If you can not track your package by the tracking number provided by us, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

3. If there is any shipping issue with your package , please contact us within 3 days of delivery as soon as you received the parcel.

4. We ship to all Australia destinations. However, the delivery charge will be different subject to the different destination. You may find out your parcel delivery charge when you check out online order.
