A hardtail mountain bike is designed for off-road cycling and has suspension on the front fork but not on the rear. It has a lightweight frame made of aluminium or carbon fibre, wide tyres with deep tread for better traction on rough terrain, and a front suspension fork to absorb shock. Hardtails are ideal for climbing and efficiency and are less expensive than full suspension bikes. They are great for singletrack trails, cross-country racing, and off-road adventures.

This is a really great bike! As based on the bike’s quality and setup, this price is really very attractive! I was thinking it was a used bike to be sold at such low price, but after I received the bike, I’m very surprised and happy to find out it is a brand new bike in such a good looking! Pros of this bike:
1. Hydraulic brakes work excellent as good as my tektro’s on my down hill bike!
2. Great frame geometry
3. Wheels and rims of great quality!
4. Padded seat is very comfortable
5. Shimano derailer album front and rear
6. 24speed
7. Can carry my weight at 125kgs comfortably however bike is for my son and he is only 50kgs so great for teenagers and heavier adults
8. Now even though the front shocks are made of steel not aluminium they have great rebound and the lockout is A grade.

I have had my Xspace for almost 2 months now, everyday ride to work and back using the roads/trails.
I am beyond happy with this bike, the functionality to change from offroad to onroad forks suspension is severly understated here and is a very quality system.
For me personally (181 cm 75-85 kg range) this bike is light as a feather and a joy to ride, shimanl gearing is excellent. Disc pads WILL bend if braking too hard they have a very strong respone and i learnt the hard way to ease the brakes on.
If i had to put a criticism in I would say the foot pedals and foot pedal bars feel abit on the weaker/cheaper side but I was planning to upgrade them anyway to survive me thrasing the bike around.
Also if you can get to the warehouse they had a few prebuilt models ready to ride away which was lovely since my car broke down and needed a bike then and there.
Also very friendly staff who let me test ride and ensure i was getting the right bike.
